December Jeu and Bouffon workshop – Toronto

December 9 – 13, 2013
Monday to Friday, 10am to 3pm daily. 

The workshop begins with a focus on Jeu – the rediscovery of how to play, mental and physical agility, stillness and complicity in a group. As the week progresses, students will explore the Bouffon – the art of satire by using text, play and improvisation to generate material, scenes and characters.

This class is for artists from any and all disciplines – actors, dancers, directors, comedians, physical theatre artists, bouffons, clowns, characters, spoken word artists, critical thinkers, et al.

Fee: $400 + HST for 20 hours of instruction ($320 for any union affiliations or previous students)

Required deposit of $100
